I discovered my addiction on a quest for better health and an overall better quality of life. Now, I want to share a tip with you, based on my learning. Do not live your life to please others. It can result in undue stress that leads to imbalance and bad habits. In order to overcome this issue, you must build a personal relationship with the Lord and seek him for decisions. Stop chasing prophecy and advice without seeking the true source.

I have found myself in the wrong career, with the wrong friends, and making wrong decisions in life trying to please everyone else. Now, my life is changing since I decided to please Jesus only.
